Owned and run by Jim and Chloe Read, the clocks take their inspiration from the classic, vintage and retro designs of the past, but function as smoothly as you would expect from a clock built today. The company is run from an old Laura Ashley factory in Shropshire which the Reads renovated and filled with old 1940s desks and furniture. It is here that Jim leads a team of specialist designers and artists, who use state of the art technology to create these unusual, decorative timepieces. This expert team allows Newgate Clocks to boast some of the highest quality clocks around, available in many of Britain's most prestigious department stores, several hundred independent boutique
home stores, as well as shops around the world.

Of course, you can also buy these fabulous clocks directly from the Newgate Clock site, an excellent online store, which shows large, clear pictures of each clock available and allows you to search by price, colour, shape, material, number style or type of clock, as well as letting visitors email clocks they like to a
friend, request an email when something is back in stock and view related items.
