J.R. Chapman's website - no doubt sensibly - conceals his full name or whereabouts, as his Private Collection, detailed in full here, must obviously be valuable. Certainly, he's a British collector ('.co.uk') and his website is excellent.
The list under Annuals in the left-hand menu is very comprehensive, though each link only takes you to copies of issues for sale. Meanwhile, just above it, the Links in particular (which also give details of forthcoming events) and the Articles are worth a visit. The last of the Articles, Collecting Comics, is by J.R. himself.
