Just Desserts: Silver for a Perfect Summer Pudding (4 June-30 Sept), The London Silver Vaults, Corner of Chancery Lane & Southampton Buildings, London WC1 - The serving of dessert forms the theme of this summer's selling exhibition. Pinta Art Show (6-9 June), Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London SW5 - After the success of their first London Fair last year, and four editions in New York, this show dedicated to modern and contemporary Latin American Art is back in London. The 38th Olympia International Fine Art & Antiques Fair (9-19 June) Olympia, Hammersmith Rd, London W14 - London's most established art and antiques fair attracts over 30,000 visitors and is renowned for the variety of objects on offer and the inspiring presentation. 150 specialist dealers will be selling works from all eras and from all corners of the globe. Free Range Art & Design Show (until 25 July), The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London E1 - The show provides the best platform for graduate art and design students from over 100 university courses from across the UK to showcase their work to both public and industry. Art Antiques London (8-15 June), Albert Memorial West Lawn, Kensington Gardens, London, SW7 - The venue for this glamorous art and antiques fair is a custom-built pavilion opposite the Royal Albert Hall. Salvo Fair 2011 (24-26 June), Knebworth House, Hertfordshire - This is still the only fair in the world for architectural salvage, garden antiques and reclaimed building materials. Masterpiece (30 June-5 July), South Grounds, The Royal Hospital Chelsea, London SW3 - Now in its second year, this fair is described as a showcase of ‘the best of the best'.
