This month, make sure you take in some of these events. These are the exhibitions, sales, fairs, courses and events you should know about.

Watercolours + Works on Paper Fair (3-7 Feb) - The Science Museum, London SW7. Several thousand watercolours, prints, photographs and posters will be for sale, spanning every style and period from the 17th century to the present. prices from as little as £100 up to £100,000 and beyond. Don't miss the loan exhibition of drawings, watercolours and photographs from the Science Museum's vast archive of material, which is not normally displayed. Wallpaper, Art & Culture (6 Feb-3 May) - Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester. An exhibition of wallpapers designed by over 30 artists including Andy Warhol, Sarah Lucas and Damien Hirst. Grouped around themes such as subversion, commodification, imprisonment and sexuality, this is wallpaper as an art form rather than for domestic use. www.whitworth.manchester.ac.uk

Heal's Antiques Selling Exhibition (7 Feb-3 April) - 196 Tottenham Court Road, London W1. Original Arts & Crafts to 1950s pieces to be sold in the same building as they were a century ago. www.heals.co.uk

20/21 International Art Fair (18-21 Feb) - Royal College of Art, Kensington Gore, London SW7. International modern and contemporary art oils, original prints, watercolours, drawings, photography and ceramics from 1900 to the present, with a very accessible price range. The Chester Antiques & Fine Art Show (11-14 Feb) - The County Grandstand, Chester Racecourse, Chester. More than fifty dealers from across the country will offer for sale a wide range of antiques, works of art and objets d'art with prices from under £50 to over £20,000. London Plant & Design Show (16-17 Feb) - RHS Horticultural Halls, Greycoat Street and Vincent Square, London SW1. Ideas and inspiration for balconies and urban gardens. Some of the UK's best nurseries will be bringing spring flowering plants, plus books, tools and accessories. www.rhs.org.uk

The Listed Property Show (20-21 Feb) - Olympia 2, London. This event provides owners of listed buildings with access to the products and services of around 150 specialist suppliers. Plus information on VAT, grants, insurance etc. For details visit www.listedpropertyshow.co.uk

Osborne & Little Sale (25-27 Feb) - BAC, Battersea Arts Centre, London, SW11. A three day sale featuring discounted fabrics, wallpapers and trimmings from Osborne & Little, Nina Campbell, Liberty Furnishings and Lorca, plus a selection of furniture and ex display items. Luxury Antiques Weekend (26-28 Feb) - Tortworth Court, Wotton-under-Edge, Glouc. This ‘boutique-style' fair will feature specialist dealers in fine furniture, silver, jewellery, sculpture, paintings, oriental carpets, ceramics, book illustrations, prints, clocks, portrait miniatures, arms and armour, glass and other objets d'art.

Ceramic Art London (26-28 Feb) - Royal College of Art, London SW7.
A selling exhibition of contemporary studio ceramics by over 75 established and emerging artists. Plus talks and demonstrations. www.ceramics.org.uk

Where Three Dreams Cross: 150 Years of Photography from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh (until 11 April) - Whitechapel Gallery, London E1. Over 400 photographs spanning 150 years a comprehensive survey of photography in South Asia. www.whitechapelgallery.org
