This smartly presented and professional-looking site provides a short introduction to the gardens at Hestercombe House in Somerset. The presentation is in the manner of a short guide, with information on events, tours, where to stay and links to other local attractions as well as plenty of interest on the gardens. The gardens pages are very user-friendly, and give a good taster of what to expect.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Garden Guides is a 'virtual tour' of the gardens, accessed by a map, which can be clicked on and the tour started at any point which takes the visitor's interest. It describes the garden both as it is now and how it used to be, with photographs and illustrations.
