About Roses

This is a another branch of the About.com network containing a compendium of links and searchable articles on rose-related matters. It's a useful resource and a good place to start looking for specific information about any aspect of growing or appreciating roses. All the articles are written by Ted Bissland, a writer and former Director of the Canadian Rose Society. Information can be found in the Content section of the top menu bar. This is a permanent fixture and makes navigation easy from anywhere in the site.

Articles displays three years worth of fortnightly articles covering anything rose-related, from the romantic history of old roses to dealing with blackspot.

Netlinks is a resource of garden-related websites and About.com articles, which are listed alphabetically. When these links are followed an About.com toolbar floats above, making it easy to return to the main site.

Search offers the facility to search the site or the whole of About.com. and is perhaps the most efficient way of approaching the information available.
