ECO-FRIENDLY

Designed and manufactured by Sparrow & Finch, all products are made from durable timbers, which must be FSC registered. Sparrow & Finch takes care to choose materials which have come straight from the furniture industry, with no cheap secondhand throwaways, and paints and sealers which are water-based and non-toxic. Such attention to the environment in the development of its products reflects Sparrow & Finch's deep love of the countryside. It does all it can to reduce waste, re-using spare scraps wherever it can. Meanwhile, it rescues and reuses old boxes to store its finished products and uses recycled material in its packaging. Some of its products are even recyclable.

HAND-PAINTED

The Sparrow & Finch site is divided into categories covering Birds & Wildlife, Outdoor Living and Kitchen Garden. Within these categories, visitors can browse a variety of high quality images, which show off the high quality products to their best advantage. From beautifully crafted and hand-painted bird houses and outdoor sheds to recycling boxes, post boxes, planters and herb gardens, each item shows originality and an attention to detail in its design. At The Good Web Guide, we particularly like the Living Larder Kitchen Gardens, which are built to worktop height to avoid bending and look the part in any well-cared for garden.
