Annabel Smith, the UK's only female beer inspector, sheds light on the world of great British beer and along with development chef, Kevin Steppe, discusses how to match the perfect pint with food.

Britain has a long history of brewing traditional cask beers, using the finest, freshest ingredients, which is unique to the great British pub.  With more micro breweries popping up, it's now quite a task knowing which one to choose.  Watch Annabel's masterclass as she explains the difference in taste and range of beers on offer.
