The top-quality information is in-depth and extensive: the collection of sushi toppings is amazing. There are a large number of good photographs, although these don't compromise the speed, and the layout isn't trendy, but it is functional. Restaurants Sadly, only London is organised by area, the rest are listed alphabetically by restaurant name. In some cases menus of the restaurants are supplied, however there are no independent reviews.



Food Shops A useful directory but again, the listing is alphabetical, by shop name.



Etiquette It's hard to believe there are so many ways to be offensive with chopsticks.



Hints and Tips A short section but there are some interesting ideas, such as grilling foods with soy sauce and butter, and matching Japanese food with wines.
