Food, Wine, and Travel writer at large, Marc Millon, who works with his wife, the award-winning photographer Kim Millon, has written books on Tuscany, France, Belgium and Korea. Here he offers essays, or 'food and wine jottings', based on his family's culinary travels and the joys of cooking at home in Devon. The subjects range from mackerel fishing to caviar tasting and a friend's recipe for Solomon Islands soup.
