Foodlink: The Food and Drink Federation

The site of the Food Safety and Hygiene campaign sponsored by the Food and Drink Federation in co-operation with several government agencies. It's the official stance on food safety and hygiene, and an excellent reference on food poisoning. Important and potentially complex information is conveyed in a brief, simple language style.
