Island Seafare

Island Seafare was created in 1991 specifically to supply king and queen scallops to trade. Located on the Isle of Man, the area is renowned for its larger sized scallops, on which Island Seafare has built its reputation. However, since those early days, the company has expanded considerably and now operates a successful mail order and online business, despatching fish of all types nationwide.

The majority of the fish is caught locally and can be traced to source, with the exception of exotic catches. The choice is wide, ranging from Dover sole, marlin steaks, monkfish, snapper and shark steaks. King and queen scallops are available when in season as is locally fished crab and lobster. You can also buy samphire seasonally. Island Seafare also smoke their own salmon to a special recipe. There are Manx kippers, a useful fish pie mix (various off cuts for pies and soups and the staples, haddock and cod.
