Inverawe Smokehouse & Fine Foods has long had a reputation for supplying delicious Scottish smoked salmon. Situated on the west coast of Scotland, 80 miles north of Glasgow, the company was founded in 1974 by the Campbell-Prestons. This attractive website carries over 80 products which either make excellent presents or can appease the post turkey blues on Boxing Day. 

SMOKED SALMON

Salmon is smoked in a time old traditional way that allows the fish to slowly absorb the smoked flavour giving it a full bodied and oak smoked taste. You can buy the smoked salmon in various weights. You will also find organic smoked salmon, royal fillets, whole smoked trouts and the delicious potted smoked salmon, which makes a satisfying light supper dish served on thick toast. Smoked salmon timbales work well for dinner parties, as well as the smoked eel.

Hampers and gift boxes include a selection of the delicious smoked meats, champagne and chocolates. Orders over £45 qualify for free UK mainland delivery.

Inverawe also supplies fresh fish boxes that can be despatched weekly. The fish is cut into portions, ready for cooking. Boxes include portions of haddock, salmon, lemon sole, sea bass or plaice, cod, mackerel and halibut.
