Swiss born Jurg Bleiker and his wife run their family business traditionally smoking the finest fresh foods from their mill in the Nidderdale valley. The company policy is 'Only the best will do' and they certainly achieve that and more for their site is stocked with an excellent and interesting selection of smoked foods.

Their talent has been recognised by Rick Stein and they are one of his Food Heroes. They have also won numerous prizes at the Great Taste Awards.

On the site, you will find salmon smoked in several different ways. Romanov is smoked salmon with beetroot and dill while the Thai is a sweet cured roast salmon. There is also smoked ostrich, smoked Yorkshire style merguez sausage and more. The Smokehouse Boxed Collection includes a taster of everything.
