Meat Matters

It's all glamour at the Meat and Livestock Commission's website, where chefs from Butler's Wharf Chef School have developed restaurant-style recipes in honour of popular TV personalities such as Leslie Ash and Lowri Turner. Don't think cottage pie, think beef and black bean casserole with horseraddish mash. Forget grilled ham and pineapple, try caramelised pork with spiced fritters and salsa.
