Search by cheese name, country of origin, texture or other keyword. Milk varieties include mare, reindeer, and yak, as well as the more obvious cow, sheep, and goat. Each cheese has a small descriptive article, and although a few small farm cheeses were missed off the list, perhaps that's clutching at straws...
