Henrietta Green says 'Forman and Field offer a spectacular range of truly great British foods' and indeed they do. The range on offer is interesting and unusual. Its smoked salmon is infamous and we particularly like their gravad lax, cured with beetroot or Thai spices.

The website is divided into categories for general shopping (by department - butcher, deli, fishmonger), gifts and hampers, seasonal and gift vouchers, all of which are easy to use. Images are great and certainly act as an encouragement to start pressing the shopping cart button.
