BBC Food
With all the main players on board, the BBC can hardly go wrong. The award-winning site is large, well laid out and has much information on offer with news on chefs, television programmes, healthy eating and more. The huge database of recipes is surprisingly good with contributions from the likes of Anthony Worral Thompson, James Martin, Phil Vickery, Rick Stein and the lovely Ainsley Harriot.
If you have missed either one of Radio 4's Food Programme or Veg Talk, you have a chance to listen to it online.

The WebGuide represents a small selection of BBC recommended websites, all are non-commercial and therefore have limited appeal. It is still worth looking at though.
