The World of Nancy Lam
Remember Nancy? She's the Battersea-based Southeast Asian restauranteur and chef who Channel 5 featured in its launch campaign, bragging that with her abrasive style, she would make mincemeat of poor old Delia. This highly personal site keeps fans up to date with Nancy's TV appearances and charity work. It's a riot of colour, full of snapshots, but easy to navigate.

COMMENTS
Nancy is in danger here of being perceived as a personality rather than a culinary authority whose work is worth purchasing. More fresh editorial content would be welcome - perhaps an archive of the recipes sent out by email, and links to recommended suppliers of speciality ingredients. The snapshots are an indulgent waste of bandwidth.
