Seen through the eyes of the country's eateries, the pizzeria, trattoria, gelateria, Sophie Braimbridge presents the reader with 100 tried and tested recipes. With special features on some of Italy's finest produce, such as salami and prosciutto, oil and vinegar, the picture is soon complete. The book is well researched, even if the recipes are a little on the disappointing side. Chris L. Jones' photography is excellent and definitely makes this book stand out.
