A Sonos system may involve one speaker or several, but the app allows you to control them all, choosing what music to play from each speaker, and at what volume. Sonos can be linked up to your Spotify, Napster, Deezer, Soundcloud and more services besides - simply go to the menu and click on Add Services - it’s so straightforward. Select your favourite tunes, albums or radio stations and add them to Favourites, where they will be instantly accessible from the main menu.
The app also allows you to create playlists, set alarms and add new Sonos components with ease. Check out Trueplay, a new feature that uses your Sonos app to assess each room housing a speaker and then makes minute acoustic adjustments to suit the environment.
