Festival Backstage
Edinburgh International Festival and Standard Life have, this month, launched Festival backstage, an online film project, showcasing the passion, stories, skills and creative forces behind this year's Edinburgh International Festival.
In a unique series of short films that take you behind the scenes of Festival 2011, visitors can find out more about the motivations and inspiration behind festival productions covering Dance, Music, Opera, Theatre, Video, Audio and Photography.
Video features cover Interviews, Behind-the-Scenes, A Day in the Life and Talk and Conversations with contributions from Festival Director Jonathan Mills, One Thousand and One Nights director, Tim Supple and Piano Tuner, Norman Motion, to name a few.
