QIPCO British Champions Series

Created to attract a new audience to British horseracing, and with Frankie Dettori as ambassador, the QIPCO British Champions Series was launched on Saturday 30th April 2011 with the QIPCO 2000 Guineas on Newmarket's Rowley Mile course and will climax on a new day in the British racing calendar, QIPCO British Champions Day, at Ascot on Saturday 15th October 2011.

BRITISH FLAT RACING

Showcasing the very best of British Flat Racing, the QIPCO British Champions Series comprises five championship categories covering Sprint, Mile, Middle Distance, Long Distance and Fillies & Mares. The Series encompasses all British Flat racing's key festivals, including amongst others, the QIPCO Guineas Festival, the Investec Derby Festival, Royal Ascot, the Newmarket's July Festival and Glorious Goodwood. QIPCO British Champions Day, the climax to the Series, will represent a fantastic opportunity for the equine stars of the 2011 Flat racing season with more than £3 million in prize money.
