Ramblers Association

The Ramblers Association is one of the biggest organisations for walkers in England, Scotland and Wales with 139,000 members. This busy site brings all their activities together under one roof, their activities, campaigns, group walks and down to finding you accommodation. Join the organisation online and benefits include membership of a local walking group, a quarterly magazine and year book and access to an extensive map library.

The Walks Finder advises you of walks near you. Just fill in your postcode and you will be presented with a series of options. Some of the walks are serious, with up to fifteen or more miles being undertaken in a day. These group walks are usefully graded for the level of fitness required.
