August 2010: Stephanomics

Stephanie Flanders is a class act. The BBC Economics editor has the gift of being able to distill all her training, education, knowledge and experience into information notable for its clarity. Stephanomics is one of the more valuable of the BBC blogs in that it offers insight into an area of life, the economy, that is so central and yet so little understood.

Stephanomics offers news and analysis plus a very lively comments section. The blog is regularly updated, and, of late, has touched on all manner of topics, from the possiblity of a 'double-dip' recession to the future of the Eurozone.

As we continue to find our way in the world of the Cameron/Clegg Cutathon, we need reliable guides. Stephanie Flanders fits that particular bill.
