Top Gift Websites for Christmas
Two years ago, Hannah Foster founded Gift Pop, a website selling fashion forward affordable and cheerful gifts. Hannah's online boutique smacks of laid-back Ibiza style with tassel necklaces, sequined baskets, lots of sparkles, plenty of pom-poms and neon aplenty. The mother-of-three sells a range of brands including her own Gift Pop label that is manufactured in Bali. This week, Hannah selects her top five gift websites for Christmas.
Godminster sell beautifully packaged and delicious tasting cheese wrapped in a wax casing, great chutney and wine gifts. I recently bought a heart-shaped organic cheddar for my husband's birthday. It was absolutely yummy and he adored it.
Addison Ross is a one-stop shop for stylish photo frames and clocks. It has a huge range, and this year added a Home Fragrance category selling ten candles and diffusers. It is also a company close to my heart as I worked here when I first left Bristol Poly some twenty years ago.
Founded by London mothers, Lettice Hagan and Federica Medina, Catapult Clothing sells uber cool t-shirts and hoodies for five to twelve-year-olds. They are striking but simple designs and affordable prices. I think they are perfect pressies for godchildren (and they don't shrink in the wash - hurrah.)
Little Plum sells gorgeous handmade original bits all made by my dear, clever friend, Alie Plumstead in Wiltshire. Her amazing neon ribbon memo boards, initial pictures and key holders are great pressies for children and friends. I have several hanging in my kitchen at home.
Love Scarlet sells handmade unique solid silver beautiful jewellery. In addition to her brilliant range, Scarlet offers a bespoke service and can make a piece of jewellery from a sentimental item like a leaf or an acorn from a sentimental place. I totally love this idea.
