QUIT SMOKING PLUS

We're all about doing it yourself this week and who knew you could even give up smoking with the addition of a simple app? Once you've gone through the four stage strategy: Getting Ready, The Facts, Starting Stopping, and The Stop Switch, you can move onto the highly rewarding progress tracker which shows you how much money you're saving (probably the number one incentive for most people) and also how quickly your body is repairing itself.
