A visit to online print gallery, Boxbird, lifts the spirits with its bright design and exciting, modern collection of prints from the UK's finest illustrators, printmakers and fine artists.

PREMIER ONLINE GALLERY

Set up in February 2008 by print enthusiast Alice Teague and illustrator Graham Carter, Boxbird is run from its own printing studio in Brighton and has fast become one of the premier online galleries for new talent, showcasing the likes of Fiona Hewitt, Zara Wood, Sally Elford, Ben Newman and many more. Over the last three years, Boxbird has shown at art fairs around the country and produced several first class exhibitions to great critical acclaim.

VISUAL FLAIR

The Boxbird website shows the kind of artistic and visual flair that you would expect from an art gallery. Artists are properly represented by a selection of high quality, large scale images of their work, giving you the confidence to buy online in the same way that you would in person at the gallery itself. The work is extremely diverse, encompassing a broad range of styles, colours and techniques, though overall the range can be broadly characterised as modern, detailed and brightly coloured. Search the range by artist, or if you are looking for something in particular, by categories including gocco, lino cut, postcards, stationary, t-shirts, silkscreen, wood cut and more, or by colour or keywords.
