Ulrika May is the home of gorgeous handmade cushions. Using stunning vintage silk scarves, Ulrika's designs evoke the charm and glamour of past fashion eras in a modern and vibrant way.

AN EYE FOR TEXTILES

Ulrika's exquisite eye for textiles led her to create a range of beautiful cushions from sumptuous vintage scarves. From bold, abstract prints to delicate floral patterns; plaid or Hermes look checks to floral tapestry style designs. There is also a fabulous range of vintage souvenir scarf cushions, including kitsch Bermuda and Holland designs.

Ulrika's own textile designs is also be available. Her latest collection features an eclectic range of digital prints, inspired by Sixties fashion, wildlife in London, wood carving of traditional Tyrolean furniture and the wide range of traditional textiles featured in V&A collections.

PASSION FOR DESIGN

Ulrika's passion for design and fashion was sparked whilst working for several years at Hugo Boss, followed by studying Architectural Interior Design at the Inchbald School in London. She then entered a carpet design competition set up by Veedon Fleece and won first prize which inspired her to do a textile design course at the prestigious Central St Martins college.
