The Christmas Tree Farm

The Christmas Tree Farm in South Yorkshire will send their expertly home-grown Christmas trees nationwide. They grow about 2000 trees around their farm in Billingley and although a visit to the farm in the run-up to Christmas sounds great fun with a festive display of trees and real reindeer and donkeys, ordering a tree online is a fast and efficient way to get the festive season underway.

This is a chatty site with lots of information about the farm, their herd of pedigree Charolais cattle and their resident reindeer family, complete with reindeer babe born in May.

The farm sells a number of different Christmas trees including the Nordman Fir, Norway Spruce, Fraser Fir (the most popular in the US), large ones up to ten feet tall, other pines and pot grown ones too. The site gives details of the differences between the types with close up images of a branch, making it easy to choose. Delivery is included in the price. The farm also run a tree removal service, which costs £25.99, where they supply a bag and collect on a suitable day, for the tree to be returned to the farm and wood chipped.

You can also buy festive wreaths, tree stands (the Cinco is the best in their mind), a host of different fairy lights and decorations. Decoration packs in packs of either 100 or 50 give you all that is needed to decorate your tree with balls, bells, angels, tinsel. Just select a colour, fill your sleigh up (the festive checkout), click and go.

Ordering a Christmas tree online is made easy at the Christmas Tree Farm and with their excellent prices, you might wonder why you ever struggled to fit one into your car.
