The process is extremely simple. You start by finding all the agents you require in a particular town, and then simply use their websites to give you access to the property for sale or rent.
The site itself does not carry listings of properties for sale or to rent, either on behalf of estate agents or private individuals. It is purely a directory of estate agents.
The Homepage gives you immediate access to the main search buttons. One is for Property for Sale and one is Property to Rent.
Click on Property for Sale and a simple screen asks you to enter the town or postcode to find all the estate agents. There is a separate button for London Estate Agents.
The search results are clear and arrive quickly. You can click on the links to agent's websites to see current property for sale.
Additionally there is a free enquiry service. You can inform the estate agent of the kind of property that you are seeking.
Multiple applications are not required. One simple form can be completed and the site will email this to all the estate agents you have selected with a simple tick box. Within any one town it is possible to narrow the search to a particular area.
London Estate Agents are handled on their own. The searcher can select from London districts. Over 100 separate districts are shown. This allows good geographical selection to be exercised.
Property to Let is handled in exactly the same way as Property for Sale. It is quick, clear and precise.
