If you have a moist shaded area – a bit of woodland is ideal – plant lily-of-the-valley crowns in clumps now. If happy, it will spread like crazy and the scent of the flowers in May is out of this world. Although it is a native woodland plant, it is becoming increasingly rare so find a place for it if you can. |
